We pair world-class Italian staples, like premium plum tomatoes, with the best of Irish artisan produce, including Galway-made fior di latte mozzarella.

At the heart of our service are our beautiful Gozney Dome ovens—a stunning centerpiece that adds a touch of artisan theatre to any venue. Our purpose-built trailer is 100% self-sufficient and requires no external power or noisy generators. With a small footprint, we are the perfect fit for gardens, private estates, and alternative wedding locations.
