Pizza Catering FAQ
1. What areas do you travel to?
We cater events across Dublin, Meath, Kildare, and North Wicklow.
2. What types of events do you cater?
- Corporate events
- Weddings & day-after celebrations
- Private parties & birthdays
- Family gatherings
3. How many guests can you accommodate?
We cater for 30 to 80 guests.
4. How much will it cost?
Pricing depends on the type of event and the number of guests. We have a 30-person minimum or a €500 minimum spend. Our per-person price includes travel, staff, setup, serving equipment, and all pizzas for your group. We keep things simple and transparent so you know exactly what’s included.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due two weeks before the event, based on your final guest numbers.
4. What types of service do you offer?
- Buffet Style - Ideal for most events, especially larger groups. Buffet service can be arranged:
- From the trailer service counter, with the hatch offering weather cover, or
- From a dedicated buffet table, ideal for bigger groups.
We keep a steady flow of fresh pizzas coming, allowing guests to graze, try multiple flavours, and get served quickly.
A gazebo can be arranged in poor weather (may include a small surcharge).
- Per-Person Pizza (to order) - Best for smaller gatherings. Each guest receives their own individual pizza prepared to order.
5. How many pizzas do you make per person?
We plan for 1 pizza per person on average. Each pizza is 12 inches and cut into 4 slices, and because our pizzas are light, crispy, and easy to digest, some guests enjoy a bit more while others eat slightly less. Using one pizza per person as the baseline keeps everything balanced and ensures there’s plenty for everyone without unnecessary waste.
6. Can the menu be customized? Do you cater for dietary needs?
Absolutely. Our four-pizza menu is fully customizable! We can cater for vegan, vegetarian, and dietary requirements. Please inform us of any guests with allergies.
7. How many staff will be at the event?
Usually one staff member, with additional staff for larger events.
8. Are you insured and HSE certified?
Yes—fully insured for public and product liability, HACCP trained and HSE certified.
9. Do you offer drinks or desserts?
Yes. We can provide:
- Non-alcoholic drinks, chilled onboard
- Fresh desserts such as tiramisu and cookies (optional extra)
10. How long do you stay?
Serving time is up to 2 hours. Setup and teardown time are separate and not counted in serving time. We will arrange a suitable arrival time in advance to ensure everything is ready before guests begin to eat.
11. Do you need electricity or facilities?
No. We are fully self-sufficient with an onboard battery system. No external power or utilities are needed.
13. What space do you need for the trailer?
Our setup includes a pizza trailer, so suitable access is important.
- A clear, open space is ideal
- For homes or gardens, we may request photos of gates, driveways, or access points
- Narrow entrances or tight turns may limit access
If you’re unsure, send a few photos and we’ll confirm quickly.
14. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or peak season. However, we can often accept bookings with as little as one week’s notice, depending on availability.
