The Basics
- What areas do you cover? Based in Dublin, we primarily serve the Greater Dublin Area, Meath, Kildare, and Wicklow. Travel within a 50km radius is included in our standard packages. For events further afield, a modest travel fee applies.
- What is your capacity? We cater for groups ranging from 30 to 140 guests.
- What is the cost? We offer transparent, great-value pricing starting from €15 per person. Quotes are tailored based on guest numbers and location, with reduced per-head rates available for larger groups.
- What are the payment terms? A 20% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
The Experience
- How is the pizza served? We offer two service styles depending on your event flow: 1. Buffet Style: A continuous flow of fresh pizzas for guests to graze on. This is the most efficient way to ensure everyone is fed quickly and gets to sample multiple flavors. 2. Made to Order: Best for intimate groups or longer service windows where guests prefer to order their own individual, whole pizza at their own pace.
- How much pizza is provided? We bring ample dough and premium ingredients to ensure every guest is happily fed and fully satisfied. Our slow-fermented Neapolitan dough is designed to be light and easy to digest, making it the perfect party food.
- Can you handle dietary requirements? Absolutely. Our 4-pizza menu is fully customizable, including dedicated Vegan and Vegetarian options. We can cater to most allergies; please notify us of specific requirements during the booking process.
- Do you offer extras? Yes. Elevate your event with our homemade dip station (Roast Garlic, Hot Honey, Pesto Aioli), artisan desserts (Tiramisu, Brown Butter Cookies), and premium chilled sodas.
Logistics & Setup
- Do you need power or water? No. Our trailer is 100% self-sufficient. We use battery-powered lighting/fridges and gas-fired ovens. No noisy generators, no trailing cables, and no emissions.
- How much space do you need? We require a flat 4x3m area to fit the trailer. For residential bookings, please send a photo of your driveway/entrance if access is narrow or turns are tight.
- How long is the service? Our standard service window is 2 hours, which is typically perfect for most events. However, we can easily tailor the service time to suit your specific itinerary if you require a longer window—just ask! Setup and pack-down are handled outside of this time.
- Are you certified? Yes. We are fully HSE certified, HACCP trained, and carry comprehensive Public & Product Liability insurance.
Booking
- How far in advance should I book? Peak dates (May–September) are already filling/filled. Please give as much notice as possible (4-8 weeks). For last-minute enquiries, get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- How do I get a quote? Click Contact Us and provide your date, location (Eircode), and estimated guest count. We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
